(DTM) and we utilize third-party vendors to manage our online services to you.  Our privacy disclaimer is intended to help you understand how your information is used and shared by DTM.  We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy disclaimer and we will never sell your information.  We value your relationship and maintaining your privacy is important to us.

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other manner.  In addition, we collect the Internet protocol address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information.  We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, mailing address, and communication), comments, feedback, recommendations, and personal profile.

DTM receives online donations on the Funraise.com platform.  Funraise.com provides DTM with an online donor management system that allows us to provide our services and engagement with you.  Please refer to the privacy policy of Funraise.com for further information.  

 

Although we try to only partner with reputable vendors, we cannot control or be responsible for the policies or disclaimers of our online platforms, other sites we may link to, or the use of any personal information you may share with them.  Please note, this disclaimer does not cover these other websites and we recommend that you review their privacy policies or disclaimers attached to the use of those services and websites before deciding whether to proceed.

DTM takes reasonable measures to implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.  These steps may include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.  We restrict access to personal information on a need-to-know basis with DTM board members and third-party vendors who need to know that information to operate, develop, or improve our services.  These individuals  and entities are bound by legal obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination, and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.  DTM is not responsible, however, if unauthorized access to information occurs.

We review our data collection, storage, and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services.  We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.
